Liz Brandon
Change management and HR technology leader with 15+ years of experience driving large-scale transformations, learning and development initiatives, and leadership programs across government, healthcare, and higher education. Specialized in Workday implementation and operations, with expertise in organizational change, project management, and enterprise learning systems. Led one of the largest digital transformations in Oklahoma state history, deploying Workday HR & Payroll across 200 agencies and building sustainable post-production support models. Recognized in the 2020 Governor’s Accomplishment Report for leading the state’s pivot to digital learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. To date, supported seven Workday implementation projects across diverse industries.
