Liz Brandon
With over 15 years experience leading complex HR technology implementations, organizational change initiatives, and employee and leadership development efforts, Liz Brandon specializes in Workday implementation and operations, learning management, and project management across diverse sectors including government, health care and higher education. From 2020-2023, Liz facilitated one of the largest digital transformations in the state of Oklahoma’s history. Leading change management, post-production support modeling, and project management, Liz was at the top of a team that brought Workday HR & Payroll to 200 disparate agencies. She was recognized in the 2020 Governor’s Accomplishment Report for leading the learning and development team that helped the state quickly pivot to digital learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Including the state of Oklahoma, Liz has supported 7 Workday implementation projects across a variety of industries.
