With 17 years in public service and over a decade in learning, development, and digital transformation, I help organizations navigate change with clarity and confidence. I bring deep experience leading enterprise-wide Workday implementations across multiple industries, with a focus on successful adoption and employee engagement. My work includes developing AI-driven change impact tools and designing tailored training programs that equip teams to adapt and thrive. As the founder of my consulting practice, I’m dedicated to delivering practical strategies and measurable results that empower organizations to succeed through change.

Liz’s Story

My next chapter was with the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, where I modernized outdated statewide training and built Oklahoma’s first competency-based leadership program. As Director of Statewide Learning Services, I rebranded the department, led a team of designers and trainers, and launched the state’s first enterprise learning management system. In 2020, our team was recognized for transitioning all state training online during the Covid-19 pandemic.

That same year, I was tapped to lead change management for Oklahoma’s statewide Workday HR and Payroll implementation, developing a lasting support model and later serving as Director of Workday Operations. After guiding the system through stabilization, I joined Workday as a Senior Change Management Consultant, supporting clients in higher education, healthcare, and automotive industries.

Today, I focus on independent consulting, choosing projects that align with my skills, values, and passion for helping organizations succeed through change.
